Dopady epidemie COVID-19 na sektor cestovního ruchu

The bachelor thesis is focused on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism market in Ukraine, especially on its economy. It can be noted that global crises are creating new opportunities. During the period of the world economy, new changes and opportunities can be expected in the future. The epidemic has caused great losses in various sectors of the economy, and especially in interna-tional tourism. During quarantine restrictions, a lot of people lost their jobs, and some changed their direction due to business. It is possible to assess the impact of the CO-VID-19 pandemic on the tourism sector in Ukraine and how the tourism market changed during the epidemic. Due to quarantine measures, the industry is gaining new values and people are adapting to the new conditions of tourism, but also of the world economy in general. The crisis is the beginning of changes that will develop in the future thanks to information technology, the digitization of the economy and the creation of a new way of operating in the international market.

The diploma thesis, which bears the title of innovation of the accommodation facility, describes how it currently works and what is the state of the Pension Krumlov. Also how marketing, leadership and customer satisfaction proceed. It also deals with research and identification of suitable innovations, which would increase the attractiveness of the pension. As a result of the research, the results of controlled interviews and questionnaire surveys are presented and evaluated in the application part. In the application part can also find recommendations and evaluation of proposals to improve the business.
Business Conditions and Risks in Some Services for Tourism

Theme of present bachelor thesis are intermediary services of tourism. Tourism is significant economic factor and currently a dynamically developing industry. Among others positive effects of tourism is business development. Bachelor thesis focuses on conditions and risk of doing business in services of tour operators and travel agencies. The main aim of this work is assesment of the situation from the perspective of selected travel agency. Part of this work are analyzes evaluating macro environment, external and internal environment of the organization. The analyzes are based on secondary sources, which are mainly publicly available data of Eurostat and the Czech Statistical Office. Another source of information are primary data from questionnaire survey and controlled interview with the owner of the agency. On the basis of made analyzes are appreciated opportunities, conditions and risks of doing business in this sector. Thanks to research it is possible evaluate current situation of the company and propose measures that would lead to improvement.
Taking Care of Seniors in Accommodation and Catering Tourism

The diploma thesis deals with care for seniors in accommodation facilities and catering establishments of tourism. It clarifies concepts such as perception of seniors, seniors and their lifestyle, seniors as a market segment, their requirements for standard tourism services and tourism trends of seniors. For the research itself, 7 hotels in the Czech Republic with food service were selected. For the supply-side research, a managed interview method was used. For the research on the demand side, the questionnaire survey method was used.
Analysis and comparison of use of destination cards in the Czech Republic and abroad

The aim of the Diploma thesis is to show the benefit of destination cards and the potential of a unified system of destination cards in the Czech Republic. The main aim is achieved by analyzing and comparing the offer of use of destination cards abroad and in the Czech Republic. The Diploma thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of tourism, factors influencing the development of tourism and specification of the tourism market. The second chapter is dedicated to tourism marketing, destination marketing and tourism destination characteristics. The third chapter deals with the concept of the destination card and its use. The fourth chapter describes the offer and the system of destination cards abroad, on the example of Great Britain. The fifth chapter describes the system and the total offer of destination cards in the Czech Republic. The selected destination cards and their influence on the behavior of the tourists in the destination will be analyzed. In conclusion, based on the results of the analyzes, the solution of a uniform system for coordination of destination cards in the Czech Republic is proposed.
Karlovy Vary as a European Spa Destination

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to evaluate the spa Karlovy Vary as a destination of European relevance, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the destination and compare its market position with selected competitive destinations. On the basis of the analysis of the strong and weak points was identyfied a competitive advantage and as a sales promotion of the destination Karlovy Vary was proposed an inovation of the destination card in two variants.
The impact of purchasing power on the supply and demand in tourism of the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of Czech households' purchasing power on the supply and demand in the tourism market of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, various components of the tourism market of the Czech Republic are discussed, including but not limited to consumer behavior of Czechs in tourism depending on the households' disposable income or the ways service providers can position themselves towards the customers.
Lednice-Valtice area as a destination on the tourism market

The topic of this thesis is the product portfolio innovation of tourism for the segment 55+ on the example of the České Budějovice region. The main aim of this study was to assess the current through the analysis of tourism products for a selected segment - a group of 55+ in Ceske Budejovice. Using the field survey have been identified the requirements and the preferences of the 55+ segment ,on its basis was designed the project of the innovation the tourism's product portfolio for the selected segment.
Importance of the European Region Danube-Vltava for tourism development

Aim of this thesis was based on the analysis of the potentials of the European Danube - Vltava region to identify common areas of tourism development and design of the joint development area leading to the creation of a competitive destiance as a European tourism product.The results of the analysis showed that the hypothesis was confirmed. It was assumed that the common areas for tourism development, cycling, hiking and cultural tourism. The region has many bike trails and cultural sites, including sites inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List. The hypothesis is confirmed by the interviewed experts in the field of tourism and regional development as well.
